GSignalX operates as a proprietary trading service provider, NOT as a financial institution or regulated financial services provider.

We provide technology-driven trading solutions and educational services to support independent traders and investors.

3. Prop Fund Trading Program

Our Prop Fund Trading Program offers investors and traders access to modern forex trading solutions with transparent profit-sharing arrangements.

Profit-sharing is distributed between the Company, Traders, and Investors according to agreed terms specified in individual service agreements.

The program provides flexible participation options suitable for various experience levels and investment preferences.

4. Eligibility and Account Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our discretion.

5. Risk Disclosure

TRADING INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF LOSS. You may lose some or all of your invested capital.

Past performance is NOT indicative of future results. Historical data and backtests do not guarantee future profitability.

Forex and derivatives trading carries high risk due to leverage, volatility, and market conditions.

Our signals, bots, and managed services are provided for informational and execution purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.

You acknowledge that you understand the risks involved and accept full responsibility for your trading decisions and outcomes.

6. Subscription, Fees, and Payment

Services are provided on a subscription basis with fees as specified in your service agreement.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Failure to pay subscription fees may result in service suspension or termination.

Payment processing is handled through our registered business entities.

7. Profit Sharing and Distribution

Profit-sharing arrangements are based on monthly net profit calculations.

Distribution terms are clearly defined in individual service agreements.

Profits are calculated after deducting all applicable fees, costs, and losses.

Distribution schedules and methods are specified in your agreement.

The Company reserves the right to withhold distributions pending verification and compliance checks.

All content, software, algorithms, signals, and materials provided through our services are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for personal trading purposes only.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, or commercially exploit our proprietary technology.

The GSignalX brand, logo, and trademarks are owned by Gocity Group and protected by law.

Upon termination, access to signals, bots, and managed services will cease.

Outstanding obligations and profit-sharing settlements will be processed according to agreement terms.

Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for services already rendered.

SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not guarantee profitability, uptime, or error-free operation.

We are not liable for losses resulting from market conditions, technical failures, or force majeure events.

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

We are not responsible for third-party services, brokers, or platforms you use in connection with our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gocity Group, its entities, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services

• Your violation of these terms

• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

• Your trading activities and decisions

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction of our registered entities.

Any disputes shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation.

If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with applicable commercial arbitration rules.

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

Material changes will be communicated via email and/or platform notifications.

Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
